Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency (LASURA) has recently hosted a delegation from the Parastatal Monitoring Office (PMO) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement in achieving the state’s urban renewal agenda.
LASURA’s General Manager, Tpl. Animashun Oladimeji, highlighted the agency’s mandate to reduce slums by 5% annually and emphasized the importance of sustainable urban regeneration.
He proposed an internal task force to streamline operations and increase revenue generation.
