Police have arrested officials of Federal Road Safety Corp,after allegedly beaten to death one Odion Omafo Samuel aged 36.
Ekohotblog garnered that the body of Samuel was exhumed from a shallow grave, allegedly buried by the four officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) attached to Abudu outpost in Edo State.
Names of the FRSC officials were given as Francis Igboh, Sunday Ogi, Samson Alolade and Joseph Onolade.

It was learnt that Odion’s hired Audi 80 car was flagged down at Okhuaihe Hill along Benin-Agbor Road on October 14, 2019.
A source said that Odion joined the driver to resist the alleged extortion attempts by the FRSC officers.This led to fisticuffs, it was said.
The driver reportedly fled the scene, and Odion was beaten until he became unconscious.
He was reportedly rushed to hospital where doctors confirmed him dead on arrival.
The FRSC officials were said to have buried him in a bush.
Another police source said the driver was arrested for kidnapping after Odion did not return home.
He was said to have told his story which led police to carry out detailed investigation and two of the four FRSC officials were arrested.

The two FRSC officers Francis Igboh and Samson Alolade took investigators to the bush where the decomposing body of Odion was evacuated.
According to the Spokesperson for Edo State Police Command, DSP Chidi Nwabuzor, confirmed the incident, saying it was a case of murder.
