EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Osun State Police Command has confirmed that the corpse of 22-year-old Shakirat was discovered in an uncompleted building.
This online media platform gathered that Shakirat, a resident of Iwo town, Iwo Local Government Area of the State of Osun, was found dead in an uncompleted building after being killed by unknown assailants.

According to DAILY POST, the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident, stating that investigation into the death was still ongoing in order to apprehend the killers.
Also, it was made known that the command wanted to carry out an autopsy on the corpse, but was compelled to release the corpse to the family who had insisted on instant burial.
A source who pleaded anonymity disclosed that Shakirat was last seen on Wednesday afternoon by family members who became worried when they did not see her return in the evening.
As stated by the source, the corpse was later discovered dumped inside an uncompleted building at the back of her mother’s shop at Oke-Oore.
He said the corpse must have been dumped at the site in the early hours of Thursday by suspected Yahoo boys or ritualists.
