Police Nabs Three Nigerians For Kidnappings In Ghana

The Police authority has arrested three Nigerians for allegations bordering on kidnappings in Ghana.

The Ghanaian Police revealed that three suspected kidnappers with Nigeria’s origin were arrested alongside one Ghanaian for the kidnapping of two Canadians in the country.

The police disclosed the identity of the kidnappers as Sampson Aghalor aka Romeo, a 27-year-old computer engineer, Elvis Ojiyorwe, a 27-year-old businessman, Jeff Omarsa a 28-year-old Tiler, and Yusif Yakubu a Ghanaian resident.

The police authority revealed that the Canadians Ms Lauren Tilley and Ms Bailey Chitty were in Ghana for voluntary work but were residing in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, Ghana.

The suspects when charged to court however, denied all allegations levied against them in the law court
