Police Raid Mushin, Arrest Many Suspects
- Police operatives have raided Mushin and arrested many suspects.
EKOHOTBLOG reports that the Lagos State Police Command has raided the Mushin area and its environs.
This was made known via a statement by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Adekunle Ajisebutu, on Thursday.
According to the police spokesperson, no fewer than ten suspected criminals in all the identified hideouts were arrested.
Ajisebutu further noted that the operation did not infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens, saying, “The aim is to take the fight to the doorsteps of criminals and miscreants whose stock-in-trade is causing pain and losses to innocent residents.”

He, however, recalled the directive of the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, to rid Lagos of unscrupulous elements.
The police spokesperson stated that Odumosu has directed that all suspects be taken to the Command’s Special Squad for profiling and arraignment in court.
