According to an arrest report from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, a security guard swiftly subdued and disarmed the shooter, with another guard restraining him until sheriff’s deputies arrived.

Fortunately, none of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries, with 10 individuals treated at a local hospital for gunshot wounds, primarily below the waist, as stated by the sheriff’s office.

The shooting took place during a crowded late-night event at Cabana Live in Sanford, approximately 20 miles north of Orlando, described on its website as a restaurant offering cabana rentals and hosting pool parties and other gatherings.
