Police Seek Mushin Community Support In Combating Crime

The Nigerian police in collaboration with the stakeholder’s forum on police accountability have implored the people living in Mushin community to support the police and other security agencies in combating crime in the area.

Speaking at the stakeholders meeting in Mushin the DPO of Mushin Police station, Ayodele Arogbo said that Mushin is a very busy and volatile area as hoodlums tends to disturb and waylay citizen but the police are always ready to combat them.

“Mushin is very volatile crime wise; we need the support of the community members because they are more close to these hoodlums than we the police.

We have many miscreants in this Mushin community and we are trying our best to engage them, to achieve this we require the support of the People living in Mushin.” He said

He further said that all contact and communication systems of the police are made available for the community members promising that there will  be prompt response anytime they call, nothing that the police do not sleep.

“You can call us at any point in time we will always answer, you should help us in safeguarding  your community as the police is always your friend because without the community members we cannot function effectively.

We need co-operation from you, we will always appreciate your assistance.” He concluded
