Popular Nigerian College Provost Is Dead (Photo)
- A popular Nigerian College Provost has been confirmed dead.
EKOHOTBLOG reports that the Provost of Umar Suleiman College of Education, Ghasu’a, (USCOEGA), in Yobe State, Dr. Muhammad Gishiwa, has been pronounced dead.
A family source disclosed that the late College Provost died in Kano on Sunday after a brief illness.

The source further prayed, “May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him the best of His mercies; and admit him into Aljannatil Firdaus; and comfort the hearts of all his family members and associates with outpourings of love surrounding them, Aamin.”
EKOHOTBLOG, however, gathered that funeral procession has been scheduled for Monday, October 18, 2021 by 2:00pm at the late Gishiwa’s family house, behind Umar Suleiman Central Primary School, Lawan Musa Ward Gashu’a.
