He emphasized authenticity, stating, “Zazuu no fake life, na scam life. Akoi grace. If you wan know the real about the top, ask me. I follow dey at the top. Only God see who big is big.”
The feud between Burna Boy and Cubana Chief Priest escalated over the weekend after Burna Boy referred to the socialite as a “low-budget Rick Ross” in an Instagram post.
In retaliation, Chief Priest accused Burna Boy of jealousy, alleging that his Grammy win was heavily influenced by his association with U.S. rapper and producer Diddy.
The socialite further vowed to secure the release of musician Speed Darlington, who was recently detained for allegedly cyberstalking Burna Boy, adding fuel to the heated exchange.
Observers have noted that Portable’s remarks could also signal support for Burna Boy’s longstanding rivalry with fellow Afrobeat artist Davido.
Portable and Davido have reportedly been at odds in the past, adding a layer of intrigue to his comments.
The drama continues to draw widespread attention as fans and industry insiders weigh in on the controversy.
Burna Boy, known as the self-proclaimed African Giant, remains one of Africa’s biggest musical exports, with a career often marked by both accolades and rivalries.
