Prime Minister Announces Postponement Of All Sporting Activities Till September

The Ligue 1 and 2 in France have known their fate when the Prime Minister of the country, Edouard Philipp, announced yesterday that no sport in France until September.

The players of PSG, which is the current champion of Ligue 1, were told to prepare for the 2020/21 campaign when the league returns later this year.

However, the Ligue De Football Professionnel has not decided how promotion, relegation, and title will be arranged, but the professional said this will not happen until next month.

Fans of different clubs in France, especially those from Nigeria, were not happy with this announcement. Some said it is a setback for all the leagues in France as its counterparts in the world, like Italy, have decided to make sports activities come alive by May 4 or 8.
