Ekohotblog reports that the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah O. Animashaun FHTI, has once again demonstrated her compassion by providing cash palliatives to vulnerable women in the Epe community.
This initiative aims to alleviate the impact of the rising cost of goods on these women.
The Chairman was represented at the event by the Vice Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Owolomoshe, and the Council Manager, Mrs. Giwa Monsurat.

The distribution took place at the Epe Local Government Council Hall and was attended by several key stakeholders from both the council and the community.
In her statement, Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun FHTI emphasized that the cash intervention was crucial due to the declining purchasing power experienced by many, particularly the selected women beneficiaries.
She highlighted that this support would also enable the women to afford essential medications and take better care of their health.
The APC LGA Chairman, Comr. Gbadamosi Oloruntoyin, commended Princess Surah for her ongoing efforts and assured her of the party’s support for her second-term ambition.
The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, praising the “talk-and-do” Chairman for her continuous acts of kindness.
