Eko Hot Blog reports that the Police Service Commission (PSC) has clarified that no date has been set for the training of candidates recently shortlisted for recruitment.
Ikechukwu Ani, the Head of Press and Public Relations of the PSC, made this known in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja.
He emphasized that any training dates being circulated on social media are false and should be disregarded.

Ani pointed out that the commission has been flooded with inquiries from concerned Nigerians about the legitimacy of these dates.
He stated, “The commission is presently collaborating with the Nigeria Police Force to determine the appropriate training colleges and will announce the details at the appropriate time.”
Ani urged successful candidates to await the official announcement regarding the training schedule and designated colleges for the police recruitment.
