French side, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) offered six-time World Footballer of the Year, Lionel Messi “everything money could buy” in a desperate bid to reunite him with Neymar.
Messi is currently a free agent after his Barcelona contract expired on July 1.
But it is understood that the 34-year-old has agreed a new five-year deal with the LaLiga giants, with the official announcement expected anytime soon.
The news will come as a blow to Neymar, who has been keen to play alongside Messi again.

“They offered him everything money could buy. Neymar really wanted to play with his idol again.
“Messi wants to stay in the club of his life.”
