Python Terrorizing Lagos Residents Finally Killed, See How

Petrol and rags have been used to burn down the remains of a black python to avoid the poignant smell that will infiltrate the atmosphere and might cause a pandemic.

The venomous was killed  by a Lagos landlord with a rat poison.

A tenant identified as Ini Thomas narrated how the snake had been disturbing her peace in the house by showing it’s ugly face and when she tries to kill it, it escapes.

She confided in her landlord and they both agreed to keep watch and set a trap for the deadly reptile.

The landlord used dead  rats that had died from rat poison as bait for the python.

He gathered the dead rats and disposed them in the corner where the snake hides.

That same day in the evening, the snake was found lying dead after eating the poisoned rats.

A critical observation revealed a decomposing portion in its abdomen arguably resulting from a secondary poisoning from the rats it fed on.

How the mighty have fallen easily.
