Chairman Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Lagos Council, Dr Qasim Akinreti, has sent an image with inscription wishing the Muslim community Ramadan Mubarak.

Akinreti, who sent his Ramadan wishes to Muslim friends and colleagues yesterday, 25th of April, via WhatsApp and other social media, indicated verse of Qur’an which states the importance of observing fasting and the reason Allah has ordered the pious Muslims to do so.
Moreover, he also prayed that COVID-19 would never be the portion of the Muslim faithful but urged them to stay safe.
