Three prominent real estate brokers, Tal and Oren Alexander, along with their brother Alon, have been charged with sex trafficking in a case alleging they drugged, assaulted, and raped dozens of women over more than a decade.
Prosecutors claim the Alexander brothers, well-known for brokering high-end property deals in New York and Miami, used their wealth and status to exploit women.

The brothers were arrested in Florida on Wednesday and are expected to be transferred to New York to face the charges.
Oren Alexander’s lawyer has denied the accusations, describing them as baseless. Tal Alexander’s representative, Joel Denaro, declined to comment, while Alon Alexander’s lawyer has not yet responded to requests for comment.
“As of today, law enforcement has interviewed dozens of women who reported being forcibly raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the Alexander brothers,” said Damian Williams, US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, at a press conference in Manhattan.
“This conduct, as alleged, was heinous.”
Prosecutors allege that the crimes spanned more than a decade, outlining a disturbing scheme in the indictment.
The document details how the brothers allegedly invited women to parties and enticed them with promises of luxury experiences and travel, leading them to locations in the U.S. and abroad where the assaults are said to have occurred.
Prosecutors claim the brothers procured drugs and, in some cases, “surreptitiously” added them to drinks provided to the women. They further allege that the brothers physically restrained and held down victims during the assaults, ignoring screams and explicit pleas to stop.
After the attacks, the brothers allegedly sought to placate some victims by giving them concert tickets and other high-end gifts.
The three brothers face charges of one count each for engaging in a sex trafficking conspiracy and a second count of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Additionally, Tal Alexander is charged with an extra count of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.
“Oren Alexander is innocent,” said his lawyer, Susan Necheles.
“The evidence will show that neither he nor his brothers ever committed a crime.”
Meanwhile, a lawyer representing the women welcomed the indictment.
“We are glad to hear that there will finally be some measure of accountability for the Alexander brothers and justice for their many victims,” said David Gottlieb in a statement posted by his law firm Wigdor LLP on X.
“We applaud all the survivors who have had the strength and courage to speak up about their unimaginable experiences after years of pain and suffering.”
Tal and Oren Alexander have worked for real estate giant Douglas Elliman, listing properties for celebrities including Liam Gallagher, Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
