Job Ad & Profile Description

Position: Receptionist/HR Assistant – Osogbo

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with basic Human Resource functions and provide support when needed.
Perform data entry and clerical tasks as required.
Aid in daily operational activities, ensuring smooth office functions.
Communicate effectively with staff and visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.
Manage multiple priorities and handle frequent interruptions effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

At least one year of general office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
Experience in scheduling appointments.
Reliable attendance and dependability.
Ability to answer and direct incoming calls, addressing caller inquiries professionally.
Greet and assist on-site visitors, delivering excellent customer service to all.

Benefits:
