Position: Receptionist/HR Assistant – Osogbo

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic Human Resource functions and provide support when needed.
• Perform data entry and clerical tasks as required.
• Aid in daily operational activities, ensuring smooth office functions.
• Communicate effectively with staff and visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.
• Manage multiple priorities and handle frequent interruptions effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of general office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
• Experience in scheduling appointments.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to answer and direct incoming calls, addressing caller inquiries professionally.
• Greet and assist on-site visitors, delivering excellent customer service to all.
