Rep Wale Raji Congratulates Newly Installed Jagun Oba of Epe Land, Adedeji Adenusi

Member of the House of Representatives, representing Epe Federal Constituency, Rep. Wale Raji, congratulates High Chief Saheed Adedeji Adenusi on his installation as the Jagun Oba of Epe Land.

The installation ceremony was conducted at the palace of the Oloja of Epe Land, HRM Oba Ishola Kamorudeen Animashaun, where the rites and traditional processions were carried out on Friday, December 13, 2024.

Following the conclusion of the rites and official installation activities, a celebration party was held at a hall in Oloja Estate, Agric Epe.

At the grand reception, Rep. Wale Raji graced the occasion, commending the development as being “well deserved.”

In an interview with Ekohotblog, Rep. Wale Raji expressed his delight at the installation of High Chief Saheed Adedeji Adenusi as the Jagun Oba of Epe Land.

“It’s a well-deserved honor; he is eminently qualified for this title.

Saheed has been a person who, despite his schedule as a public servant, has been very close to his community, supporting and making a significant impact. And I congratulate him,” he said.

“It would serve as an encouragement for him to do more for his community,” he added.

When asked about how he felt about the award he won the day before, Rep. Raji expressed his gratitude to the organizers, reiterating that it would serve as an encouragement to do more.

“I am happy about it, and I believe it is a recognition for the little contributions we have been able to make in the community.”

Finally, Rep. Wale Raji enjoined the youth and the good people of Epe to celebrate the yuletide season in a modest way.

“The people of Epe are generally peace-loving. I will encourage us to continue living in peace and harmony with one another.

It’s a festive period, and I will advise, particularly the youth, to celebrate moderately and not excessively.

As we approach the new year, people should use this opportunity to re-educate themselves for the service of God and humanity,” he added.
