Eko Hot Blog reports that the House Of Representatives Member representing Epe Federal Constituency, Honorable Wale Raji has mourned the passing of a Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Epe, Chief Ajayi Orimipe.
Chief Orimipe died today at the age of 86 years and has been buried today at his residence in Ibonwon.
In a press statement issued by the office of the federal lawmaker, Rep. Wale Raji described Chief Orimipe as a committed party member who consistently put in his best in the interest of the party in the past decades.
“On behalf of the office of Rep. Wale Raji and the good people of Epe Federal Constituency, we mourn the departure of a father and dedicated party member, Chief Ajayi Orimipe and commiserate with his family, associates and the people of Epe Federal Constituency.”
“He was a committed party member who consistently put in his best in the interest of the party in the past decades.
“He will be sorely missed in the family, community and in the political circle.
May God grant his family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and forgive his shortcomings.” the statement reads
