The Lagos Command enjoined residents to report sightings of operatives found on duty in mufti “for disciplinary actions”.

The CP said the caution “is in compliance with the earlier directive of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman”.
Alabi reminded officers on patrol and stop-and-search duties that they must appear in approved uniforms.
