Reps Member Makinde Flags-off Interest-Free Loan for Artisans, Traders in Ondo

A Member, representing Ondo East/Ondo West Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives Hon. Abiola Makinde will on Sunday, launch an interest-free loan for market women and artisans to mark his 100 days in office and showcase some of the life changing projects completed within the period.
The event will hold at Oba Adesanoye Civic Centre, Ondo kingdom. As part of the event, Makinde will, under his WEALTH programme, showcase some projects that include water intervention projects completed in communities like Obun Ondo, Igbo-Oja and Otasan, Construction of school building, Free summer lectures programmes, young sharps sponsored abroad for further training amongst others.
In a statement signed by his media aide and spokesperson, Omo’ba Segun Adesemoye, the main event of the day is the launching an interest-free loan scheme, powered by Dr. Rhoda Makinde Initiatives, DROMI and distribution of first set of cheques to market women and artisans in fulfillment of his campaign promises.
