Residents Scoop Fuel As Fully-Loaded Tanker Falls In Lagos (Photos)

• Scores of Lagos residents on Wednesday evening scooped fuel from a fully-loaded that fell in the state.

EKOHOTBLOG reports that a fully-loaded tanker carrying diesel overturned on Wednesday evening along Ijora 7-Up Road inward Alaka Bridge as residents of the area trooped out with kegs and jerrycans to scoop fuel.

However, despite the arrival of the officials of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service to the scene of the incident and following warnings by the officials, the people were not deterred as they swooped on the overturned fuel tanker.
