We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning the store and getting it ready
- Assist customers in store
- Follow all procedures
- Escalate all issues and complaints to manager
- Conduct final quality control checks on every item before it is shipped
- Send daily store reports to the manager
- Assist the store manager
- Ensure that the store has adequate inventory at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication (or related courses).
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Experience in retail is compulsory
- Ability to work both independently and with a team;
- Digital communication skills
- Written and verbal skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with content management software.
Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
