We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning the store and getting it ready
Assist customers in store
Follow all procedures
Escalate all issues and complaints to manager
Conduct final quality control checks on every item before it is shipped
Send daily store reports to the manager
Assist the store manager
Ensure that the store has adequate inventory at all times

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication (or related courses).
Minimum of 2 years experience.
Experience in retail is compulsory
Ability to work both independently and with a team;
Digital communication skills
Written and verbal skills
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with content management software.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
