Eko Hot Blog reports that former Nigeria’s First Lady, Patience Jonathan, said she will return to the Presidential Villa even if the opportunity comes again.
She said this while speaking at a public event on Friday, citing the immense stress associated with being in the public eye.
Jonathan candidly shared her thoughts in a video, stating that if she were called to return to the Villa, she would refuse due to her age and the associated stress.
“If you call me now for villa, I won’t go there. I won’t. Don’t you see how young I am? The stress is so much,” she said.

“The stress of Nigeria is so much. If God manages to bring you out of it, you should glorify God and thank him. It is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes. He has taken you there once, why do you want to go there again? Me I won’t go oo,” she added.
Jonathan emphasized the need to be grateful to God for being relieved from the burdensome stress of the Presidential Villa and expressed her contentment with not returning.
