EKO HOT BLOG reports that Sen. Ike Ekweremadu told the UK authorities he was transporting the individual abroad for a kidney transplant for his daughter in a letter that was submitted with a visa application for a supposed homeless child.
According to a document sighted by EKO HOT BLOG, Mr. Ekweremadu sought for David Ukpo’s visa on December 28, 2021.
“I am writing in support of the visa application made by Mr Ukpo Nwamini David who is currently having medical investigations for a kidney donation to Ms Sonia Ekweremadu.
“David and Sonia will be at the Royal Free Hospital London, and I will be providing the necessary funding. I have enclosed a statement of my bank account,” the letter said.

On June 23, Mr. Ekweremadu was detained on suspicion of attempting to bring a kid into the UK for organ harvesting.
On Thursday afternoon in London, the Nigerian senator appeared in court and was turned down for bail. The same charges against his wife Beatrice are also being tried.
