Juventus and Portugal Forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, made a commitment not to retire before winning the FIFA World Cup with Portugal.
The Portuguese star was voted player of the century at the Globe Soccer Awards on Sunday, having been awarded the Ballon d’Or five times.
“It doesn’t make any difference how old you are. What counts is the spirit.,” Ronaldo told reporters.
“No matter how good Cristiano Ronaldo is, you have no idea what will happen tomorrow.. I live in the present, in the moment.
“The time is right, I feel happy, I feel strong and at a good time of my life.. I wish I could play a lot more, a lot of years, but you never know.

“It’s football, we have no idea what will happen tomorrow.. When I speak to young boys, I always say “Make the most of the moment”.
“Because you never know when it’s going to happen. My eyes see the future very, very bright, so I’m excited about it.”
Cristiano Ronaldo has won virtually all trophies at the club and international level, with the exception of one, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
“I still dream of the World Cup with Portugal. It’s possible, I will try to keep fit and stay active until I win it”
Ronaldo will be 37 by the time the next World Cup tournament rolls around in Qatar in 2022.
