EKO HOT BLOG reports that the former Manchester United star and current Derby County manager Wayne Rooney has revealed his intention to become a coach at Old Trafford someday.
Rooney disclosed that he went into football management because he has a plan to return to Old Trafford.

During his football days, Rooney was Man United’s leading scorer of all time, with 253 goals following 13 trophy-laden seasons.
He is also the fans’ favourite at Everton, having been groomed from the club’s academy.
To honour the Toffees, Rooney returned for one season towards the end of his football career.
While he had the option to replace Rafa Benitez at Everton, the former United star turned down the chance to be interviewed.
According to the UK Sun, Rooney said: “The whole reason in me going into management is Manchester United. I got offered the job interview for the Everton job.
“I want to be Manchester United manager. I know I am not ready now, but I have to plan everything I do to make sure one day it will happen.”
