Pastor Samuel Adelaja Adebowale has been buried in his hometown Ibadan, in Oyo State.
The late Quantity Surveyor was laid to rest following a funeral church service at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Oyo Province 2, New Bodija, Ibadan.
The funeral service commenced promptly at 11:00 am after a church service which was held in his honour.
Hundreds of mourners, including Family, friends, associates, and well-wishers from Nigeria and across the globe poured into Isiokpo to pay their final respects to the man who was described as personal of ‘numerous impact’.
The graveside service included a final prayer and the placing of flowers, symbolizing the enduring love and respect for the late pastor.
The day concluded with a reception, where attendees gathered to celebrate Pastor Adebowale’s life and contributions.
The reception featured a display of photographs and memorabilia, along with a selection of tributes and reflections from those who knew him best.
The gathering served as a moment for the community to come together, reminisce, and offer support to one another during this time of loss.
Pastor Samuel Adelja Adebowale’s legacy of faith and service will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
