Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed Ms. Abi Olusanya as acting Commissioner for Agriculture.
Sanwo-Olu appointed Olusanya as successor to Gbolahan Lawal who held the position before his resignation to be enthroned as Oniru of Iruland.
Sanwo-Olu issued the staff of office to Gbolahan on Sunday signalling his official coronation as the king of the rich Lagos Island enclave.
Olusanya was until this appointment the Special Adviser to the Governor on Agriculture.
The appointment was announced by the the Chief Press Secretary to Lagos State Governor, Gboyega Awosika in a statement.
Her appointment takes immediate effect.
