Sanwo-Olu Extends Ramadan Greetings To Muslim Community
Eko Hot Blog reports that in a heartfelt message posted on his official Facebook page, His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, extended warm greetings to the Muslim community as they embark on the blessed month of Ramadan.

“I want to extend my heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community in Lagos as we embark on the blessed month of Ramadan,” Governor Sanwo-Olu wrote, acknowledging the significance of this sacred time.
Highlighting the virtues associated with Ramadan, he stated, “This sacred time is a testament to the strength, patience, and perseverance that defines our collective faith. It is a period for deep reflection, prayer, and the pursuit of spiritual growth.”
Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of embracing the spirit of compassion and unity during this holy month, encouraging all to “feast on kindness, charity, and love for one another.”
“As we fast from dawn to dusk, let us also feast on kindness, charity, and love for one another. Ramadan offers us a unique opportunity to strengthen our bonds as a community, to reach out to those in need, and to share the blessings we have been given,” he said.
Extending his warmest wishes to the Muslim faithful in Lagos, the Governor expressed, “To every member of the Muslim community in Lagos, I wish you Ramadan Kareem. Together, let us pray for the wellbeing of our state, our nation, and the entire world.”
Concluding his message, Governor Sanwo-Olu offered a heartfelt blessing, stating, “Peace and blessings be upon you all.”
