Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday paid an unscheduled visit to the General Hospital, Marina to have a first hand appraisal of the state of the facility.
The governor said this is in line with his administration’s pledge to prioritize the health sector in the state.
He said, “The health sector is without a doubt very important to us. I went on ward rounds to assess the quality of service in various departments.
“It is equally very important that the patients are getting the best care possible and I ensured the bills of the emergency patients were taken care of. I also assured the personnel of government’s continued support.”
