Sanwo-Olu Signs ₦1.163trn 2021 Budget Into Law
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has signed the state’s ₦1.163trn 2021 Appropriation Bill Into law.
In a tweet by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Gboyega Akosile, a video showed the Governor appending his signature to the document.

“The significant portion of the budget has been committed to human capital development, social intervention initiatives and completion of ongoing projects,” Sanwo-Olu said.
The Lagos State House of Assembly had approved a budget of ₦1.163trn for the 2021 fiscal year after Governor Sanwo-Olu presented estimates of ₦1.155trn before it on November 9.
