Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new allegations in a lawsuit accusing him of dangling a woman from a 17th-floor balcony during a 2016 altercation.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the suit, filed by fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan in Los Angeles, claims the incident occurred at the apartment of Combs’ then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. This lawsuit adds to a growing list of accusations against the music mogul, including sexual assault, witness intimidation, drugging, and physical violence.

Combs, who is also facing federal charges for alleged racketeering and sex trafficking, has denied all claims, including the latest. A representative for Combs told the BBC on Tuesday that he “firmly denies these serious allegations” and remains confident they will be proven baseless.
According to the lawsuit, Bongolan was at Ventura’s apartment when Combs allegedly forced his way inside. He is accused of grabbing Bongolan, who was standing on the balcony, and molesting her before lifting her and dangling her over the edge. At the time, Bongolan weighed approximately 100 pounds (45.3 kg), the suit states.
The document claims that Bongolan struggled to resist but was overpowered. Ventura reportedly intervened, prompting Combs to pull Bongolan back over the ledge, allegedly slamming her onto patio furniture.
The lawsuit describes the event as the culmination of “a series of threats, intimidation, and violence” that characterized Bongolan’s interactions with Combs throughout their professional relationship, which included work on clothing and album art projects.
Bongolan is seeking $10 million (£7.89 million) in damages, asserting the alleged assault left her with lasting trauma.
The lawsuit also parallels allegations made by Ventura in a separate 2023 case, where she accused Combs of abuse, rape, and sex trafficking. Ventura’s suit, which referenced an incident where Combs allegedly dangled another friend over a balcony, was settled out of court one day after being filed.
Currently, Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn, New York, after being denied bail three times. His representative stated, “In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”
The case continues to draw attention to the numerous allegations against Combs, painting a troubling picture of the mogul’s interactions with those around him.
