#SecondWave: President Buhari To Meet COVID-19 Taskforce Today

President Muhammadu Buhari, today, will meet with members of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 in Abuja.

This was disclosed in a tweet from the President’s verified twitter handle, @NGRPresident

“President @MBuhari will meet with the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 this afternoon,” the tweet read.

The scheduled meeting is however coming on the heels of the recent spike of the number of new COVID-19 infections recorded across the country.

Eko Hot Blog reported on Monday that the Federal Government imposed new restrictions and directed state governments to implement same for the next five weeks.
