Key Responsibilities
- Application Review & Quality Assurance: Ensure client essays, CVs, and application materials meet top-tier admission standards.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and train consultants to enhance performance and client service.
- Strategic Partnerships & Lead Generation: Build new partnerships with institutions and scholarship bodies to expand client opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor industry trends, oversee consulting operations, and ensure adherence to best practices.
