1. High temperature

Headache can be caused by a variety of medical conditions, but it is one of the most common symptoms of typhoid fever and should not be overlooked. If you experience a severe headache that does not go away even after taking medication, you should see your doctor right once since it is a sign of typhoid fever.

3. Chronic diarrhoea

Another early warning sign of typhoid fever is diarrhoea. If you notice that you have chronic diarrhoea, you should not take it for granted because it could be a sign you are suffering from typhoid fever. But diarrhoea can also be caused by other health issues.
