Simi has called on fans to stop discrediting Adekunle Gold.

Simisola Kosoko took to twitter today to debunk a lie that she’s responsible for most of Adekunle Gold’s hit songs.

 

The duduke crooner who got married to Adekunle Kosoko, also known as AG Baby while replying a twitter user, ceased the opportunity to implore others to stop downplaying his efforts while also praising him for being awesome.

In reaction to a tweet by an anonymous user which reads “Simi don write hits for Adekunle Gold taya”, the songwriter replied “False. Y’all need to stop discrediting my man ok?!? He put(s) the work in and he’s an awesome, awesome, awesome writer 🎈”

She went further to clarify that there’s nothing wrong in enlisting the help of a songwriter

 

“I’m saying this only cos I see it a lot. Absolutely nothing wrong with having a writer, but it’s nice to have the credit you do deserve uno?”
