  • The victim’s friend residing in Lagos had raised an alarm on Twitter after she was unable to contact her friend who had gone for a fake interview that eventually led to her untimely death

Social media went agog following an alarm raised by a tweep that Hiny Humoren, a job seeker and fresh university graduate had gone missing in Akwa Ibom State.

The police said it had arrested two suspects in connection to the incident.

In what seems like a chain of reactions to her death on Friday, a social media user, @seer_ben, shared a picture that appears to carry the deceased name, saying she graduated with a Second Class Upper and was only waiting for the final results in order to be mobilised for the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) service.

“Of what use is the result now? 😥💔”

However, Nigerians have continued to demand that justice be served and all involved in the conspiracy leading to her death be brought to book.
