An erstwhile presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has arrived the Ikeja under bridge in Lagos State to lead the EndBadGovernance protest scheduled to hold today.
The human rights activist was seen alongside a crowd of protesters wielding placards, demanding an end to the nation’s economic crisis.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that Sowore who is one of the organisers of the protest had scheduled a nationwide protest on October 1 to further demand a solution to the growing economy crisis plaguing the nation.
The protest is scheduled to hold in the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT while the nation marks it 64th Independence Day anniversary.
