Due to the failure of the prosecution team in providing the video evidence, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the trial of human rights activists , RevolutionNow convener, Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare, until March 11, 12 and 13, 2020.
Sowore and Bakare are standing trial in a case brought against them by the Nigerian Government bothering on attempting to bring down the government of President Muhammadu Buhari through revolution.

Earlier Justice Ojukwu had struck out the previous seven-count charge filed against them after it was substituted by the prosecution with a new charge.
Ekohotblog reports that the judge had on Wednesday berated the prosecution for lack of preparation, fining the Federal Government 200,000 for delay.
