The Publisher of the Sahara reporters who masquerades as the rallying member of the RevolutionNow movement, Omoyele Sowore, was arrested in Abuja.
As part of this disclosure, Sahara Reporters reported that the political activist was arrested along with other activists while they were carrying out a peaceful procession to celebrate the entry of a new year.
According to eyewitnesses, men believed to be members of the Rapid Response Squad stormed Gudu junction in Abuja, mistreated Sowore before taking him and the other campaigners to an unfamiliar location., EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
As a reminder, Sowore was arrested in Lagos in 2019, for calling for a demonstration he marked Revolution Now to protest.

After his arrest, he was transferred to the custody of the State Department without being released on bail in the face of orders requiring him to be released.
Although the reason for the arrest is still unknown, the federal government and the security agency responsible for his arrest still has not published a formal statement.
