Ẹkọ Hot Blog reports that, in a continued effort to support the residents of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), the Lagos State Government, led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has distributed food packs to the community.
This significant initiative was facilitated by the member representing Epe Constituency 2 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu, and the executive chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Mosuru Akinloye.
The food packs were received by the Community Development Committee (CDC) chairman in Eredo LCDA, Hon. Yakub Akingbade, and distributed through various community channels.
These included the Community Development Associations (CDAs), community youth groups, the elderly, widows, the needy, as well as among religious and traditional leaders.
The distribution event underscores the Lagos State Government’s commitment to the welfare of its citizens, ensuring that essential resources reach those who need them most.
By collaborating with local leaders and representatives, the government continues to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Lagos State.
“We are determined to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry, especially during these challenging times.”
The relief effort is part of a broader strategy by the state government to provide continuous support and improve living conditions for its residents.
