” Generally, I will advise teachers to take things easy. They should watch what they eat and drink. As teachers, we don’t need to consume a lot of carbohydrates. Health practitioners advise that when a warm bath is taken, sleep naked on your bed, open your windows and allow fresh air to come in, by the time you sleep and wake up the next day, you will be refreshed

” I want to also advise that teachers should desist from consuming any drink that has caffeine and as much as possible, the use of analgesics should be reduced because if you rest without using paracetamol, when you wake up the next day, you’ll be okay.
” Teachers can also use drug supplements and if it is too expensive, they can go for fruits, vegetables and water. Then, they should find time to engage in exercising the body every morning “, she said
