Job Description
Are you a fashion enthusiast with exceptional leadership skills? As the Female Store Supervisor, you’ll manage store operations, inspire the sales team, and drive the boutique’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or fashion.
