Sultan Of Sokoto, Abubakar Visit Wike Amid Election Preparations

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III on Friday paid the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike a courtesy visit.

 

Abubakar visited Wike ahead of the 37th Annual National Conference of the Federation of Muslim Women Association in Nigeria.

The Sultan of Sokoto is expected to open the conference which is taking place in Rivers State.

 

This online media platform learnt that Abubakar met with Governor Wike alongside some entourage at his private residence in Rumueprikon, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area.

Meanwhile, Nyesom Wike has stated that he has gotten over losing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primaries to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
