Super Eagles Star, Ola Aina Sets Sights On Winning AFCON Title

Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has expressed his ambition to win a trophy with Nigeria’s senior national team.

The Nottingham Forest player, who is part of the squad set to face Libya in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, shared his aspirations in an interview with Dangolo TV.

Aina also emphasized that the current talent within the Super Eagles squad has the potential to achieve silverware.

“It’s a privilege to play for the Super Eagles. It’s a dream for a lot of Nigerians. To be selected is a privilege, so I’m always happy.

“I want to win a trophy with the national team, whatever trophy, World Cup or Africa Cup of Nations. I think winning a trophy with the Super Eagles and with this team that we have now will be the best thing.”
