‘Aiding Service Delivery:’ Surah Animashaun Donates 18-Seater Bus To Epe LG Employees

Eko Hot Blog reports that the Chairman of Epe LGA, Princess Surah O. Animashaun, has donated an 18-seater capacity bus to the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Epe Branch, Epe, Lagos State.
The development was disclosed in a statement issued by the chairman’s Media & Publicity team on Tuesday.

Animashaun’s media team said her donation of the bus was in fulfillment of her promise to the union.
The Epe LG chairman noted that the bus would help to enhance the discharge of duties by the union.
The statement noted that the donation is a continuation of the “robust” working relationship between the LG leadership, union leaders, and employees in Epe LG office.
“Aside the promise of the Chairman to aid service delivery of workers in the LGA, the gesture further confirms the robust relationship between the Executive, union leaders, and the workers in the LGA,” the LG chairman’s media team said.
“This is part of the many promises that have been kept, as the Chairman is a woman of few words and many actions.”
Animashaun’s office also called on the Epe LG workers to reciprocate the “kind and noble gesture” by remaining committed, loyal and diligent at their different places of work.
