Surviving COVID-19 By Decongesting The Lungs

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, people everywhere are concerned about what kind of treatment might be available if they or their loved ones get infected with the dreaded scourge. Hence, researchers and doctors around the world are working hard to develop ways to fight the new Coronavirus and reduce the impact of COVID-19.

The virus is transmitted through direct contact with respiratory droplets of an infected person (through coughing and sneezing), and touching surfaces contaminated with the virus. The virus may survive on surfaces for a few hours up to several days.

Research carried out by veteran Medical practitioners indicate that a COVID-19 patient can be made to survive by decongesting their lungs through a medical process known as proning.

Proning as medical proning as a medical process involves the turning of a patient with safe motions from their back onto their abdomen, so the patient lies face down.

The positioning which can be beneficial in compromised Coronavirus patients with or without a ventilator usually allows for better positioning and expansion of the dorsal region of the lungs, improved body movement, and enhanced removal of secretions, which may ultimately lead to advances in oxygenation.

A COVID-19 patient can be placed in the prone position for 16 to 18 hours in the supine position by lying horizontally with the face and torso facing up for 6 to 8 hours if the oxygen levels are able to tolerate.

The process will allow oxygen to move into the lower part of the lungs and will equally ensure the movement of lung secretion.

The lungs can equally be liquified by drinking ginger that is sweetened with a little bit of natural honey. This will assist in softening all the secretions since the affected lungs are usually suffocated wit gong and glue-like fluid secretions and dead cells.

Apart from using the above measures, other preventive measures such as regular sanity of hands, wearing face masks, and observing physical distancing.

While at present there is no evidence of people catching the COVID-19 virus from food or food packaging, it may be possible that people can become infected by touching a surface or object contaminated by the virus and then touching their face.

The greater risk comes from being in close contact with other people while outside food shopping or receiving a food delivery (as receiving any delivery in areas with local transmission). As always, good hygiene is essential when handling food to prevent any food-borne illnesses.

If the measures put in place by t
health professionals and research experts are observed, the rapid rate at which humanity is dwindling will be minimized to a considerable degree.
Hence, proning should be the most readily available alternative for reviving COVID-19 patients in Isolation Centres.
